Open seven days a week, it’s your local gym, with all that you need to help you reach your fitness goals. There’s a separate women’s only gym, plus lots of all-inclusive classes, a huge free car park and a sports hall that’s available for hire.

Our award winning fitness facility boasts two state of the art gyms (one of which is solely for women), a range of versatile fitness equipment, a sports hall and badminton/basketball court. There’s also a fully sprung dance studio and a dedicated team of expert fitness instructors.

So, whether you want to reduce your cholesterol level, lower your blood pressure, run a marathon or just feel healthier, the benefits of joining Peepul Gym are endless.

We’re here to help. Whether you’re new to exercise or a seasoned professional, there are facilities and equipment to suit every need, including cardiovascular and resistance equipment. We can help everyone reach their health and fitness goals. There are complimentary exercise programmes, friendly and helpful instructors, a specialised free weights area and a variety of a variety of exercise classes.

In fact there are more than 20 classes every week – including yoga, Zumba, dance and many more – and membership packages to suit all budgets – we want to help everyone take their first steps to a healthier, fitter and happier lifestyle.
